Our Baseball and Softball Training consists of 3 areas:
- Batting Cages
- Training Area
- Clinics and Lessons
- Batting Cages
The cornerstone of our Baseball and Softball training is our Batting Cages. We have 5 separate batting stalls where
batters hit into a common open area. Each batting stall is equipped with a baseball and softball pitching machine
for a total of 10 pitching machines. The machines are positioned about 40' from home plate.
The cages are activated by tokens which can be purchased for $2.00 at the front desk. Each token is good for 20 pitches and works in any cage for baseball or softball. Helmets and bats are available.
Baseball Cages:
Each of the 5 baseball pitching machines has an elevation control panel so the hitter can adjust the height of the pitch from inside the stall. The speeds for the pitching machines are set as follows

These speeds can accommodate hitters from 6 years old though college.
Softball Cages:
There are 2 slow pitch softball cages and 3 fast pitch cages. Cage #1's slow pitch is set for about 10-12' arc while Cage #2's pitch comes in at about a 6' arc. The three fast pitch cages are set at:

- Training Area
Our training area is available for individual or team practice. It is a 1900 square foot triangularly area equipped with:
2 portable pitching mounds (1 regulation little league, 1 regulation high school)
3 Pitching rubbers
Throw down bases
1 Soft toss machine
2 regular hitting tees
2 Instructo-Swing tees
1 Five position tee
1 Hit-away
Stick ball bat
One arm bat.
Buckets of baseball and softballs
Wiffle balls - Baseball size
Wiffle balls - Golf ball size
1 hitting sock and several nets
A radar gun is also available at the front desk
2 balance trainers
1 Pitching balance beam
The area is large enough for team practice and can accommodate a pitching lane and 4 hitting stations at one time.

We generally conduct hitting and pitching clinics Oct - April (see above).
Private lessons available throughout the year.
Need a little fine tuning? Our instructors can conduct individual, small group or team lessons.
Various packages are available.
