Our weight lifting machines are deployed for a total body workout in a minimum amount of time.

  • Bench Press
  • Incline Press
  • Shoulder Press
  • Lat Pulldown
  • Lat Row
  • Bicep Curl
  • Chin/Dip/Leg raise station
  • Adjustable Sit-up station

  • And if you prefer FREE WEIGHTS:
      > Bench Press
      > Power Rack/Squat Rack
      > Adjustable Bench (generally for use with dumbbells)
      > Dumbbells (5-70 lbs in 5 lb increments, 80, 90 lbs)

    Also:
      > Heavy Bag, speed bag (for boxing/martial arts)
      > Jump Rope
      > Floor Mats
      > Stability balls
      > Medicine balls
