Our weight lifting machines are deployed for a total body workout in a minimum amount of time.

Chin/Dip/Leg raise station
Adjustable Sit-up station |
And if you prefer FREE WEIGHTS:

> Power Rack/Squat Rack
> Adjustable Bench (generally for use with dumbbells)
> Dumbbells (5-70 lbs in 5 lb increments, 80, 90 lbs)
